Howell Room Named after the Howell family who lived at Engadine for 44 years, this room at our Asheville bed and breakfast features a queen size high-rise four poster bed and a private bath.Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace adorned with the original carved wood mantle an inset mirror. The private bath that features a stall corner shower. The adjoining “water closet” with original marble sink and china bowl has been in service since 1885. Engadine Suite Named after the mansion built by Captain John K. Hoyt, this very private and romantic two-room suite at our Asheville bed and breakfast is on the third floor of the inn.The bedroom features a king-size bed, two antique armoires and beautiful desk. The living room has all the comforts of home: a gas fireplace, full size sofa, coffee table, end tables and cable TV. The spacious bathroom features a romantic two person whirlpool tub/shower.The king bed can be converted to two twin beds.
